Returns & Refunds
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you may return unopened, unused product in its original, resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (excluding original and return shipping). Please contact us first to arrange the return.
Non-returnable items
For health, safety and quality reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened or part-used cementitious products, tinted or colour-matched products, custom or special-order items, samples, training, or digital products.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund as required under the ACL.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
