We ship Australia-wide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days; delivery times vary by location and carrier, typically 2–10 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Cementitious products are heavy, so bulky or palletised orders may attract freight charges, which are shown before payment.

Freight & large orders

Large or palletised orders may be sent via freight carrier and could require a contact phone number and a suitable delivery point. Remote-area deliveries may take longer and incur surcharges.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Delivery inspection

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 7 days (see our Returns & Refunds policy).
